early equi+y is a West Midlands-based investment company listed on PLUS.
We aim to make serial geographically focussed investments designed to unlock potential, to create and realise sustainable value in order to maximise the benefits for its shareholders and other stakeholders.
We are, above all, proactive investors – actively seeking investment opportunities, not passively waiting for investments to come to us! There is a constant stream of potential investments under review by an experienced and motivated management team, which is not dependent on finding 'one reversal' or 'the one company that fits the bill'.
We achieve our objectives by:
- Establishment, promotion, funding and development of AIM and PLUS listed vehicles
- Direct acquisition and development of companies with growth potential.
- Taking equity positions in smaller public companies which in the opinion of the directors are undervalued and which may benefit from an injection of investment and management expertise.
